Itch is being DUMB
Okay, so as you all seem to have noticed, Itch has decided to be really fucking stupid and is hiding NSFW games like mine so nobody can find them.
This is of course a huge pain in the ass for me and other NSFW creators who want our games to be available for the perverts of the world to enjoy, it's even worse for those who sell their games and just had their income cut because of this.
As for what I'm going to do about it... I don't know. I DON'T plan on giving up on my game yet, my main plan going forward is to keep an eye on my favorite creators and see if they end up moving to another website, I'm sure alternatives will pop up soon, especially for those handing out their games for free like I do.
When I find somewhere to move to, I'll be sure to make a post here so you guys can all follow me over there.

Everyone gets punished because one creator uploaded a game with highly violent and Illegal content in it, i would suggest Patreon or something like F95zone because i love your game man its too good to give up on
So that’s why 90% of the content on here vanished
Now I see why so many anchored their projects on Patreon, subscribe star, etc
F95 is a decent alternative, though it's not very well organized, so it's more a backup plan than anything
I've looked into that one, might be the go to if Itch ends up dying because of this

The problem with Change.org, is that it's just a way to collect people that are like minded. There is no guarantee of action, and 9 times out of 10, there IS no action, just a bunch of very angry people being very loud in the wrong place.
There are better places to make your voice heard. Vote for people that don't support policies like this, protest (peacefully, I cannot stress that enough, don't be a fucking psychopath like the idiots in LA).
Not gonna lie, I actually kinda think Change.org is funded by the government and folks that make these kinds of decisions exclusively to distract people from things that might actually promote change.
TLDR; change.org is not going to help anything, don't get comfortable because you signed a petition that has nothing backing it but signatures.
Petitions do at least show that there's a large amount of people who have strong feelings about a subject, they might not have much effect but if it grows enough then it's at least getting the message out.

It's not banning the games, it's banning porn in general.
Once that's done, they declare that any sort of LGBT content is inherantly pornographic, meaning it can't be shown anymore.
LGBT creators can't get their works out, LBGT characters aren't allowed anymore, people have to go back to hiding who they really are.
This is all detailed in that Project 25 shit that the US Republicans are working from (from what I've heard anyway, I will admit I haven't verified that)

This is going to be a tough one. According to the announcement it's due to Visa and MasterCard making demands of them, and it's incredibly hard to fight payment processors. I hope that it gets smoothed over with Itch quickly.
PokéBreeder will probably be fine, may be pressed to make moderate changes to characters like Jirachi or Manaphy, but other things are gonna get obliterated.
Weight Gaming will always be a forum where you can advertise your games by the way.
I've used them before for some old vore games I did.
I guess they do take pregnancy stuff too.
The main worry is that if Itch starts removing games like mine entirely, I'll need to find new places to actually upload it, hopefully ones where it can be played in browser too
