Here it is! The first half of the Sinnoh update!
Yes it's not the whole chapter but these things are getting pretty big so breaking them in half is going to be necessary or these updates would take FOREVER!
As always, please report anything that seems broken so I can get it fixed, major issues will be resolved as soon as I can, minor ones can wait until the 4.2 update
