V3 Download and bugfix

Thanks for the bug reports everyone
I've uploaded a fixed version of the Hoenn update along with the downloadable version

So now Celebi should show in the first AWC scene, picking Wings during the Latias chase won't make the game explode, and I think I've managed to tweak Deoxys's dialogue so it's properly encoded
Thanks to Timekeeper0 for linking me to that Gronsfeld Cipher thingy, it'll make writing Deoxys dialouge WAY easier!

I'm gonna be taking a short break from writing TLPB to work on my side project
Either way, the Sinnoh update is going to be a beefy one, so don't expect to see it any time soon!
