Quick update to Skip feature

I quickly fixed the skip feature, so now if you lose your save file or want to jump ahead to new content
You'll be taken to a page where you can set Flags for the various Pokemon and Humans you skipped over

Hopefully this will make things easier if you want to see specific content without playing the whole game over again
